Lobster Quesadilla and Chinese appetizers are highly recommended. There is Asian and Western choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room service menu at the Wynn is way better than Palazzo. The panoramic king is plenty spacious and there was enough space to fit a rollaway and still be comfortable. We had a 63rd floor room with amazing views of the city. Undoubtedly, many of those would have merit but during our three stays at the property (twice at the Tower Suites and in Encore this time) we did not have any issues with noise. My thoughts are that Wynn/Encore is still a better choice despite the challenges we faced ( see below).įirst, there are a lot of reviews complaining about noise from the night club. Without the ambience of the spa it was like any other pedicure, and I likely wouldn’t spend $100 on that again.First, it was great to be back at Encore after several years during which we tried Palazzo /Venetian. I have sensitive skin, so the organic line they use here is perfect for me.Įarlier in the week I also had a pedicure at the salon on the same level as the spa.
#ENCORE SPA IN LAS VEGAS SKIN#
The facial was very relaxing and my skin glowed following the botanical treatment (and still feels super soft). Again, my therapist was lovely and knowledgable (the service from everyone here was definitely always exceptional). Again, best massage ever.Ī little later I went into my second treatment of the day, a 50 minute Fusion Facial for $170. The room, the experienced and lovely massage therapist and the wonderful aromatherapy oils were fantastic.

At $280 this is not cheap, but it was the best massage I have had in my life. It includes a fusion massage, scalp massage, peppermint foot treatment and hand treatment. My first treatment was the Good Luck Ritual 80 minute massage. Then, you are escorted into a beautiful hallway lined with gold lamps and buddhas to get to your treatment room. You enter a quiet tranquility room with relaxing loungers to await your therapist for your treatment. Again, get there early and you will likely avoid this. I could hear screeching and laughing all throughout the pool area as groups of women came in with the typical Vegas attitude (it was very busy at the pools after my treatment as well). to start getting ready for my treatment, and at 10:45 a.m. I high-tailed it out of there about 10:40 a.m. I was completely alone and loved it! The dry sauna, jacuzzi pools and heated lounge chairs are lovely and the relaxing music did the trick – I almost fell asleep.īy about 10:30 a.m., more women were starting to come in and get tours. One tip I can give anyone in Vegas is to schedule your treatment or visit the spa area early in the day. It’s a great way to pamper yourself on a budget (I did this once before while staying at the Aria and it was wonderfully relaxing). Anyone staying at the hotel can access this area (for a fee of course – I think $25). Once inside the spa, there are lovely dressing room areas, private showers, a wet eucalyptus sauna and a dry sauna, rainfall showers, two jacuzzi pools and two cold plunge pools. It is zen personified – gold and white accents and buddha statues – love, love, love! The moment you walk into the spa, you know you are in for something special. I figured that I would be tired from all the walking and shopping and ready for some pampering (I was right).
#ENCORE SPA IN LAS VEGAS FULL#
I decided to have my spa day on my last full day in Vegas. This trip was a great decision that I have fully enjoyed – and the spa was the hit of the trip for me. I wanted to stay at the Encore Hotel (always a dream), do all my Christmas shopping at my own pace (done!) and have a luxury spa experience that I usually wouldn’t spend so much on. This trip to Las Vegas was a decision to treat myself after a particularly busy time and my trip to Portugal fell through. That’s how I felt about my experience at the Encore Spa in Las Vegas. It’s the most wonderful thing when something you are looking forward to lives up to your expectations.
